MACEOS Proudly Supports Better Stands

MACEOS is proud and excited to endorse the Better Stands Programme, uniting with global industry leaders to promote sustainable exhibition practices in Malaysia and beyond.

What is Better Stands?

Better Stands is a collaboration across the events and exhibition industry to transition to the use of reusable stands.

The Better Stands Framework celebrates the use of reusable stands, inspiring change through awareness and engagement, delivering:

  • Safer build environments
  • Faster setup and breakdown
  • Cleaner and more sustainable solutions
  • Cost savings and greater efficiency for exhibitors

Better Stands has been designed to be used by the whole of the event industry including organisers, contractors, assessors, venues and associations.

The Better Stands Framework And Certification

Stands are classified based on the extent to which their booth components are reusable or recyclable, following the Better Stands framework. This framework awards Bronze, Silver, or Gold certification levels, recognizing increasing degrees of environmental responsibility in stand design and construction.
